SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected. Any available free-shipping promotions will automatically apply if your order qualifies.

TRACKING INFORMATION

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

SHIPMENT DELAYS

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs procedures, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our control.

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If a package is returned or undeliverable due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Once a package is shipped, the carrier assumes responsibility.
If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, please contact the carrier directly.
We will assist where possible, but we cannot issue refunds for carrier-related issues.
